Good driving position for city use and Motorways both . Less blind spots. Easy to move in congested areas.
Rear suspension is bumpy as compared to 8th gen.
Seats little hard.
Some body roll present on corners. Good brakes.
Ground clearance adequate.
7th gen is manual therefore mileage is superb. 13kmpl city in winters.
8th gen civic
Excellent driving position for motorways.
Little difficult to move around in congested areas.
Very low ground clearance.
Blind spot due to big A pillar.
Very soft seats. Comfortable than 7th gen civic with less bumpy rear suspension.
Difficult to move in move out of the car for old/fat people due to low riding seats.
Excellent brakes.
Fuel guzzler: 9-10kmpl city.
AC better than 7th gen.
Both of my cars have Fabric seats without any aftermarket rexine or fabric covers.
