Good to know you bought front oems. Im saving for the front oems and shall get them soon. Mehran autos is to rwp/isb what sughoi is to lahore.

Bounce on turning is surely front onces but when not accelrating and gliding on the road straight and feeling mehran type bounce thats rears defo.

I read something wierd the other day that if the car rear seats or trunk not used for about 100k they get worn prematurely. My cars are forgever used by the front passengers.

On startup, screeching sound comes out from engine bay side which last for less than a second. What is it? Plz advise.

Spray the belt with wd40. If its gone you have found the culprit and replace the belt.

Sound is not continuous. It comes for less than a second and gone (like when u cut a tile with grinder). It dies not come if u start the car and car's engine is hot.

I know the belt sound. It keeps coming for more than a second.

Gap in rear tyres looks more than front tyres. Plz see pics attached

wheel arch gap at the front looks normal but at the rear is a bit too high. resembles the gap that a present day corolla has.

Yes i dun like this gap. And m not sure if spacers etc. hasbeen fixed or not in rear coil springs. Can u plz see the pics of rear coil springs and confirm if the silver round shaped thing at the end of both the coils are spacers or not.

Not sure about the springs but the standard wheel arch gap should be this much.

thats definitely a spacer. i got underneath my car to check after looking at the pic you posted.

M sure now these are spacers. Ill get them removed soon. Hating this ugly gap. Ruining car's beauty.

Guys, my car brakes have weakened considerably. They aren't what they used to be. I have to apply twice the force to get the braking power i used to get and it takes more distance to stop. What could be the reason? There is no noise from breakpads (which indicates weak break pads) - What could be the issue?

get the wheels opened and check the brake pads. get new if possible. i do not see anything wrong here except worn brake pads. also your car is equipped with ABS. only apply it once and do not pump or apply it more than once the abs wont engage.

if u need a brake disk replacement, u can discuss on this forum.

i have a suggestion to shift to bendix disc pads. they are an oem replacement and are very good.

Indeed this is the problem. The mount is weak. There is no gap between it. Well I hope the vibration stays at this level and don’t increase. The mount costs 24k.

No gap = mount has collapsed. 9th gen mount is almost 10 grand more than what a replacement for 8th gen would cost. I feel the car idles smoother after the replacement. Hope this solves your problem.

I actually replaced all four brake pads 8 months ago ( have only driven 12,000KM since then) with original OEM
brake pads but this issue has appeared suddenly. I have noticed this few weeks ago.

than get your brake oil reserviour bottle and booster pump for any leakage.
