Sir, your khyber project is awesome and it is one of its kind.

Kindly, answer following queries :

:1. How vacant space of wiper and light switches are covered(on pictures, it seems some fiber like filling and is it leather poshish over vacant space?

1. Which brand paint is used in interior?,is it weather resistant?

2. How texture appeared in dashboard

3. How much steering cost u

4. Console box over handbrake is of vitz or general available in market

The dashboard is really neatly done, the speaker of the front are I guess hidden using the poshish leather/vinyl

Very nicely done doorcards.

The Instrument controls are from and Alto including the viper switches head light switches and the whole garnish to cover these.

Nice work done buy the plastic guy to cover up the previous switch hole nice idea.

@brownrose78 sirji the armrest and the gear lever is from a vitz can be sourced from shershah. Although these armrest are available as after market installations too.

Today I did work of noisy Brake calliper.
Mechanic has sent to Laithe machine for works, also new bushes of 210 Rs. We're bought and provided.
Lathe machine wala will take 1500 while labor of mechanic is remaining.

I will also pour new gear oil. I bought 3 litre gear oil in 900, only difference is now gl4 sae90 was short so majboor Mey I had to bought gl5 sae90

The one installed in this Khyber is from a Suzuki Kei, whereas the one picture is from a Lexus.

Both are different.

I have followed Dr. Saheb's this thread and installed almost similar setup from Bashir Autos /c, Karachi branch.

It costed me Rs. 28,000 including every pipe every thing new except 2 parts i.e Vitz inner coil, Toyota Duet used compressor (Denso brand)

Air throw is awesome with superb cooling Masha Allah
