yeah my mehran also get over heated but no probs.i asked the mechanic he said switch off the AC for 2 to3 mins and it works.

Please Tell me about brake booster i mean how much you pay for that and from which car you have adopted this. How can i put this in my mehran, is it easy task or you have mod alot for it.

Brake booster is of Suzuki Every. It can fit without any modification in body. Problem which i faced is that the bottle above the booster is stiking with air filter console. so as an alternate we install bottle of hi roof that can install away from filter console. this is the only alteration we have done in brake booster otherwise it is a very easy task. Brake booster cost me Rs2000/. And labour charges are Rs800/.

Your old wired cap can fit on new booster bottle. No need of any wiring it can fit nut to nut.

really nicely done done doc shahib, now do one thing more on my request, install a power steering in it.

One thing more, why dont some one buy a imported small car in the category of 660cc to 1000cc which has all these features rather then spending this amount on mehran. Just a question sir without taking anything away from ur nice work.

Thanks for your suggestions. Actually I bought this car for cheap maintainance.
I dont want auto transmission as I personally dont like it as it reduces ur control over ur vehicle..
