Nothing else needs to be removed, except for belts and that pulley. 15 minutes task. No complications, but finding that pulley could be time consuming.

Learning. Make mistakes and learn. I tried smaller pulley, same size pulley and even larger pulley. Difference is noticeable.
It seems a small difference at first,1-2 inch, but it makes big difference, considering that engine makes thousands of revolutions per minute and that small 1-2 inch difference is multiplied by thousands of rpms.
Circumference x engine rpms and it makes a big difference in how much the belt rotates the compressor.
