I have the Exec Gv but when i close my door (central locking ) my rear left door does not lock sometimes remains unlocked. Any idea what could be wrong. Also i just bought this car a week ago and would this be repaired under warranty or would i have to pay for it . recently fitted a car alarm but same problem

I'v owned a Santro Club GV since 2006 and there was never a major problem but i'v heard the newer santro primes have some issues. I once had a faulty viper problem which i reported to my dealer (Hyundai Twin City, Islamabad), they made a case for warranty replacement but for some reason, dewan rejected the case. I wrote an "angry" email to Dewan motors complaining about this and within 2 hours i got a call from their Regional Sales Manager asking what had happened. He was being very apologetic about the whole episode and assigned their regional service manager to this task who the next day took me with him to twin city and got my problem resolved so i was a happy bunny once again. I can post the email that i wrote and the reply that i got from them here if i find it since it was 2 years back but i hope you have your problems resolved by now.

A o A bhai i was very estonised while reading your story what happened to u in buying the new sentro GV. i am giving u the opinion that u should go to the showroom of sentro near akbar chonk if u have not visited yet visit them they will definately resolve your problem because me and my big bro both have sentro and if a problem occurs we simply go there and resolve the problem. but mind it that u should only buy the parts from the show room becuase the services they are provided is much more expensive then the normal workshop.
further more if u have bought the parts form the sentro showroom then go to sheikh(it a normal workshop but the people working their are expert and he had every person available for any problem in the car) placed infront of Shaukat khanum hospital. i am giving a warranty that if u go to sheikh workshop he will reduced all your problems that you are still facing but remember u should purchase only the parts of sentro from sentro showroom. because we also buy only the parts form the showroom and went to the sheikh workshop for fitting that part. i hope u will go there take care of yourself
