Govt or some other organization like PTDC can't make their setup at FM unless with the permission of locals. Each and every inch is divided b/w locals. Even k jungles bhi divide hain. Army Fairy meadows main apna Rest house/camp construct kr rahi hai Lakin locals ne court main ja kr stay le lia hai aur Army ka kaam bhi filhaal ruka hua hai.

Broadview hotel has ideal location. It provides a broader view of Nanga parbat with entire Raikot Glacier along with jungle on both sides of glacier.

We were enjoying our 1st morning and suddenly we saw clouds coming from downstream and floating towards Nanga parbat. We were standing above while the clouds were below us.

It seemed like we were floating in the clouds. It was a beautiful scene.

Towards Fantoori lake

Fantoori lake

Water stream which is coming from Reflection lake is drained into Fantoori lake. There is a turbine installed on this drain by foreign tourists last year. The generated electricity is enough for lightening purposes.

Naturally Bowl shaped lake.

Tourists are not allowed to go in this area without Guide. There is a wooden boundary around the main ground within which tourists are free to move but not allowed to cross without guide. (as per our guide told us)

جنگل کی سیر اور ایک سانحہ

فنطوری جھیل کی سیر کے بعد ہم وہاں سے شمال مغرب کی طرف جنگل میں چلے گئے۔ جنگل کا نظارہ بہت ہی خوبصورت ہے اور جنگل میں بکھرے خشک پتے اور درختوں کے خشک تنے اس خوبصورتی کو اور بڑھا رہے تھے۔ اس وقت گائیڈ ہمارے ساتھ نہیں تھا بلکہ وہ فنطوری جھیل سے ہی واپس ہوٹل چلا گیا تھا۔ ہم جنگل میں گھوم پھر رہے تھے۔ ہم نے سن رکھا تھا کہ اوپر پہاڑ پر ایک قصبہ ہے اور فیری میڈو سے اس قصبے تک ایک ٹریک جاتا ہے جو انگریز کے زمانے کا ہے۔ ہمارا ایک ساتھی ٹریک کو تلاش کرنے نکل گیا اور ہم جنگل میں بیٹھے گپ شپ کرنے لگے۔ تھوڑی ہی دیر گزری تھی کہ 2 لوکل آدمی وہاں آگئے اور ہمیں غصے سے گھورنے لگے۔ ان میں سے ایک آدمی نے غصے سے پوچھا کہ تم کون ہو اور یہاں کیوں آئے ہو؟ ہم نے بتایا کہ ہم ٹورسٹ ہیں اور یہاں گھوم پھر رھے ہیں۔ اس نے غصے میں کہا کہ تم لوگوں کی جرات کیسے ہوئی کہ ادھر جنگل میں آؤ؟ ہم نے اس کو ٹھنڈا کرنے کی کوشش کی اور پوچھا کہ جناب ہم نے کونسی غلطی کر دی کہ آپ اتنے غصے میں آرہے ہو۔ وہ بدستور غصے میں رہا اور اور کہنے لگا کہ جلدی سے دفعہ ہو جاؤ ورنہ میں گولی مار دوں گا۔ تم لوگ آبادی کی طرف آئے ہو اور یہاں جنگل میں ہماری خواتین کام کرنے آتی ہیں۔ اب ہم معاملے کی نزاکت کو سمجھ چکے تھے۔ ہمارا جو ساتھی ٹریک دیکھنے گیا تھا وہ ابھی تک واپس نہیں آیا تھا۔ پم نے اس آدمی کو کہا کہ ہمارا ساتھی جیسے ہی آتا ہے تو ہم واپس چلے جاتے ہیں۔ وہ بولا کہ اگر تم ابھی نہ گئے تو ہم تمھیں قتل کر دیں گے۔ قتل کی دھمکی سن کر ہم کافی پریشان ہو گئے لیکن ہم اپنے ساتھی کو چوڑ کر بھی نہیں جا سکتے تھے کہ معلوم نہیں وہ ہمارے جانے کے بعد ہمارے ساتھی کا کیا حشر کریں۔ بالآخر ہمارا دوست بھی آ گیا اور ہم واپس روانہ ہوئے۔ اس واقعے کے بعد ہمارا موڈ خراب ہو چکا تھا۔ ہم نے واپس جا کر اس واقعے کے بارے میں اپنے گائیڈ کو بتایا۔ وہ بھی کافی پریشان ہوا اور کہنے لگا کہ آپ لوگ مقامی آبادی سے کافی دور تھے اور آپ نے ایسی کوئی غلطی نہیں کی کہ وہ آدمی آپ پر غصہ کرتا۔ اس نے کہا کہ وہ یہ معاملہ مقامی لوگوں سے ڈسکس کرے گا۔

We came back at hotel and insisted our guide to come with us to visit FM jungle.
He replied that there is nothing to see and tourists did not go there. But we insisted him to come with us and said to him that with out jungle visit our Trip would not be completed.

Then our guide led us to the jungle but on another side. We turned around in the jungle.

This piece of land is really amazing. It has all the scenic views which tourists want to see. Lush green meadows, snow covered peaks, beautiful lakes, jungle with long trees and many more.

Guide told us that these jungles are safe and wild animals did not exist there.
