imagine if car is half way through in the plate form n system operated by fault or some of your driver park it few inches advance or rear and operate what will be the fate of the car?

True! What if the tree in your lawn by some fault falls on your car and crushes it, or the electric pole across your house falls by some fault and divides your car in two pieces? Or even worse, if it falls you on your neighbor's car, who owns a medical store and in frustration he gives heavy muscle relaxants to your flu affected driver and since his muscles are relaxed, he bangs your car in the front wall at 60kmph.

Come on guys, anything can happen! Think positive atleast.

Forget about parking issue think about the safety it'll provide against car thefts.

Well cars stolen from in side the house is not as common as far as I know.
Even if that does happen, if you can afford all the construction and mechanics for this operation then I am sure you can afford a guard at your gate 24/7.

If you think guard is not a good option, you can also install motion sensors & alarms+CCTV.
unless cats & dogs in garage awake you with motion sensor alarms.

we have abrupt power failures..... in case of emergency how one can take out one's vehicle.

If we install the Hydraulic system which is in service stations as low as we want to park our car and change the platform over it and install a steel cover which cover it when the car is at lower position. We can get it done in much lower cost.

as far as power cut downs are concerned here is the answer:-
in hydraulic case yes u have trouble,u need generator to pump oil through jacks to elevate you car.but then u can install pneumatic jacks (pneumatic jacks works on same principle as hydraulic jacks works only difference is that they used high pressure air instead of oil).and air can be stored in cylinders.even if u have power cut down u can take ur car out and drive where u want.
