Ji Amer Bhai.....At home....actually some "Unexpected guests" also came "home" and left quite Late.....Half an hour ago....and here I am...

Yes, We took the rear half "off " the chassis and started making rusted panels .....following panels were made..

--Both rear floor pans
--Big floor under the rear seat
--Kick panels which joins these two panels..
--Inside Part of rear B Posts...

After this Zahid (My denter) went to faisalabad for some family issues and stayed there for a month or so...
Then a car of my cousin got hit by driver and he started working on that......another month gone...
Went to Faisalabad again for MUHARRAM ....and came today...
From Tomorrow INSHALLAH ...work will start on the Herald and will update thread regularly...

travel alot myself between isl and lhr but never enjoyed this much...

sir you guys must have noticed the new road work done on motorway is not that good filling and compaction at few patches is very poor the car wobbles at high speed or when changing lanes...

secondly my personal experience is to touch only kalar kahar and bhera services on both sides as mostly the food available on motorway is lousy as its not fresh... so its better to rely with bar be qued stuff or kfc or subway is equally good...

Actually company counts a lot.....I also Travel on Motorway at least 3/4 times a year....(mostly pleasure trips) Regularly for last 4/5 years...but never enjoyed so much as we did in this particular trip...
Actually when your travel companion belongs to the same frequency and wave length then pleasure of the trip is multiplied.....
Same case was with me and Hanif Bhai...
You are correct that repair work on motorway is substandard...
As far as food is concerned ...again I agree with you .....On our return journey, we ha our lunch at Sial KFC...which I always do after a bad food poisoning by eating "Chicken Seekh Kebabs" from ..."DERA" ....I suppose...
And when traveling with family...we don't eat from anywhere....we are self sufficient in food department...lolzzz...:D....Only kids are BIG FANS of McDonald and KFC...

Rehman bhai again very entertaing thread I have gone trough your each traveling story 4 or 5 times on this forum being non resident of Pakistan (lived in ksa) Al-khuber I see my country on this forum by means of pictures.i have no word to explain of your narration and depiction of your journey simply great work you and hanif bhai rocks.

Actually i was suffering from a back problem and very bad sciatica .....For almost a year....and could not go anywhere in this time ...but only bed rest....Physiotherapy.....:(....This trip with Hanif Bhai (driving myself) was after a year or so...and a "dream come true" sort of journey....
That was the reason for absence ....

I think Just Before or After "CHAKRI"....I asked hanif Bhai to try again...
and Hanif Bhai Wrote This .....2 Pagals ......Lolzzz...
I received 2/3 Phone calls from friends in Islamabad .....saying....
"Hamain Pata Chala Hai Kay 2 Pagals Islamabad Main Dakhil Huay Hain.....Unki Location Kia Hai..".....:D....
