About fuel consumption of Cultus VXR (CNG)

I am interested in buying 2006 vxr model. Person is telling Me that it gives 12/13 kms/litr. On cng it's average is 17 to 18 kms. Price is demanded is 4.5 lacs. Registration city is karachi but car came in wah cantt long time ago. What is your opinion bro?

I am having cultus 2010 EFI. there is an issue regarding fuel average. It is giving 6 to 7 km/ liter in city and 12 km/liter on highway. I got all things checked like spark plugs, fuel pump, fuel filter and everything else. My car have running of 53,000 and runs fine without any problem. I got injectors cleaned, throttle body clean and timing setting fixed but still no improvement in fuel average, can anybody help please.

Such an old post , i even forget i used to own this car.Basically in pindi islamabad the cng quality back in the day used to be pretty good and with good maintenance you could achieve this.
