About using carb cleaner

for a carby car - when dead cold - remove the air cleaner housing, and fill the carb float chamber from its breather, do not switch the CNG switch to petrol (keep it in the middle) and have a freind start the car, the cleaner will clean out the jets, pump the throttle once or twice and keep on refilling the bowl from the breather port.

Switch to petrol, once petrol starts to flow in, clean out the induction throats.

I did the above mentioned procedure on overnight cold engine and result was great improvement in car's pick.

Earlier I had tried spraying on carb while engine was hot and result considerably less.

insteading of messing it up if you are learner better give it a complete service in workshop after every 10k to 15k miles.

I have tried using this carb cleaning spray on my cuore 05, but the engine keeps shutting off when I spray it in the throttle with acceleration. What could be the problem? The engine is not accepting the spray.

Follow its mentioned directions. I do the same with the cold engine. After spraying, let the carby dry for few minutes, else you'll find a little bit difficulty in starting. Once dry start the engine and its done. This works awesome.

If you keep using this, this will prevent you from going to mechanic for carb service that usually mistris do. My car's carby never faced any problem since 15 long years Also stay away from local products like 7cf carb cleaner like shit. This will ruin the carb. NASA is paki but its something different.

Brother can you tell me where exactly is this breather? Once the air filter case is removed. Apparently there are 3 holes inside the carb. One of those holes is the breather or breather is something else?

Switch to petrol, once petrol starts to flow in, clean out the induction throats.

Same question goes for induction throats. Sorry for the naive questions.
