The abs sensors might either be faulty or need calibration

Check fluids specially the glycol composition in the radiator.

if issue has appeared after brake service

1-then probably some air has entered brake system bleeding all four brake lines will do the job
( be careful with bleeding or u can up with more air in system & do top up brake oil )

2- brake pads are hard they are not gripping

3- wheel speed sensors may be covered in dirt if car driven in mud

4- Tyre's are hard not gripping road

I had the same issue with my old car! It was Toyota platz . when i got it checked the brake servo was at fault!
