as mention in this pic which type of screw as in my civic there is bolt and after proper genuine inner fender fitting bolt fitting in impossible can not find in internet

Nothing damage but in Pakistan as car got 8 years old and due to improper maintainance these hot coolent pipes which blows hot air as we adjust temperature control to hot but due to time these hot coolent pipes mixed with cooling and cause loss of cooling due to which Pakistan's mechanics simply stop hot coolent flow and improve cooling nothing damage

Yes you are right.

I checked today in my car engine bay for checking heater pipes connection to heater hoses. Two Observation seen:

1. There are two heater hoses. 1st hose is located at thermostat housing and second hose is located below or near distribute . Am I right?

2. I checked all pipes, I find out that both heater pipes are connected to their hoses. How AC Mechanic stop the heater for better cooling?

After checking of my bumper and its fitting, I will able to tell you.

1.Ans :-No you r wrong as heater pipes r at intake manifold back toward interior wall

2.ans:- mechanic stop the mixture of heater and cooling at inner side

I checked heater pipes at that point that you told me in previous post it has two pipes which are connected toward interior wall.

I remembered that AC mechanic at eastern ac removed the air filter box and did some thing near the thermostat housing and also my coolant will waste in this process when he removed that pipe. But I can't find non-connected heater pipes to the engine.

Can you tell me which pipes are removed by eastern ac. They also removed that heater pipes from your car as well.???/

no in my car cooling is ok and also he ask me to do so but i rejected as i do not want any desi tutka to my car in any manner

I also refused him but I don't know when he did this and when I ready to go, he told we have done this. I really find this thing bad as part of eastern car ac, Which two pipes are mentioned in pic? Can you tell me according to D16Y8 engine?

Blocked it by screw or other thing so engine coolant circulation stop in heater core

I will check. If they did such thing it means it is very harmful to engine. But I know that they didn't insert any thing in hoses and said me that tell any mechanic to connect heater pipe when you turn on heater in winter.

Now I am in really doubt what they did it with hoses?

That mechanic was a moron and should have paid from his pocket for the lost coolant.

It takes 5 minutes to drain approximately 2 litres of coolant from the system - after the drain - he can remove the pipe and not waste a drop of it. All he needs is a clean drain pan and a funnel to put it back in.

Ans:-As engine uses 30%(may Differ) coolant to to circulate between Heater core and engine head after blockage 100% coolant circulate through radiator making engine More Cool
