Aoa Dear friends ,I have vitz 2005 model, in winters I got its gas filled because compressor was removed for some noise and according to ac mechanic he filled gas along with some bearing change(I dont know which bearing n noise was that perhaps it was not).however I used ac for one day and it worked ,but then i did not use it due to winters.now as i switch on ac it does not work however its fan switches on n car accelerates bit as i push ac button with out any cooling from ac.can some one plz guide me what can be the issue as i got it checked from mechanic.he says"gas is full but compressor is not working and I will have to replace it"

which mech did you visit, if you are in isb, then visit abu bakar, universal car auto g 8, he is the best and cheap
I am not in ISB dear,can you or some one guess what can be the issue ?
Re-Fill refrigerant and check for any leakages and get them arrested.
If all is OK and AC is cooling then fine.
If the above is done and there is no cooling then you may go for the compressor related issues.
ok let c today m going to check it....
I have changed compressor issue is resolved after filling new gas.
