AC Tripping Issue in Mehran

I have recently (about a month ago) installed brand new AC in my mehran. Its brand is V-Cool. The compressor used is a Japanese one which is from Toyota Duet; though i dont know about its condition.

The problem is that a few days earlier the AC used to trip frequently while driving. when car became quite comfortable the ac used to trip but it was tripped for quite long. it used to start again when i used to feel the cabin is becoming uncomfortable again.

Now, today when i started car the ac worked fine, it tripped after some time and it never started again. i had to turn off ac switch and turn it on again to make it work. it worked but when it tripped it never started unless i played with ac switch.

Which compressor did you buy and for how much? I have mehran 2006 with FF AC and it has denso cooling unit but i have barely used it and it is out of gas and needs servicing but i heard that on stock ac carby mehran tends to get heat up? my car has clocked 65k km, what do you think either i should put some japanese compressor like some people here on pw say put mini pajero compressor or mira compressor. @ekdrifter what do you say?

saw SAME issue was with jdm alto ownr had to weld clutch in place so it would never trip
btw there are two wires in ac comp chek those

Have you checked your High/Lo side pressure with Manifold Gauge Set? You need to check to your pressure. I am guessing you are low on R134a gas. If you R134a refrigerant is low, the high side pressure will be higher and trip your pressure sensor OR it will trip the temperature sensor on the compressor, because it is overheating.

Look at your sight glass, on the receiver/dryer next to your condenser, on the high side line. There should be a small round glass on the receiver dryer. Turn your AC on, with the fan at full speed and leave the doors open. Look at the sight glass and you should either see it be CLEAR or it will have BUBBLES or a STREAM OF CONTINOUS BUBBLES. If it has BUBBLES, then that means your Refrigerant gas is low. If it is CLEAR, then it can either mean it is almost empty or it is overfilled or just right.

Check this first and let me know, and I can help guide you on what you need to do.
