Accelerator sometimes irresponsive for an instant

Sometimes, my vitz's (14) accelerator become irresponsive for an instant, just fraction of a second, and then becomes normal. It sometimes happens when going on acclivity (an ascending slope), and/or in stop and go situation. It is not very often, just sometimes.

What could be the issue?
BTW the spark plugs are about to be changed.

When i clean the spark plugs, the fuel average goes 17, but after some few hundred miles it again reduces to 13-14... So which SPs would you suggest?

NGK has irridium IX and irridium laser, denso has irridium power and irridium tough.... How to choose?

visit your mechanic request him to remove TPS inside the cabin and clean it with electronic contact cleaner

assuming that everything apart from the throttle body is fine ie

power to the throttle body, good fuel pressure and engine compression, good ignition system and good air intake / exhaust - this is a common problem on such motorized throttle bodies and the only solution is to replace the throttle body

Start with bus wiring. Check any breakage.

BTW These NGK laser irridium SPs have a very long life span.

They look fine, but i think there heat Rating is low, Company recommended plug is

It can be replaced with

Can be replaced with VFCH16 Iridium (Denso), Heat Rating: 16 (DENSO)

Am unable to find the replacement in NGK

You are using SILZKR7C11S (NGK), Heat rating 7. (NGK)

NGK 7 = 22 of DENSO, That is colder then the specified 16.
