thanks guys, so gilgit skardu out of choice now, about naran kaghan, i didnt wanted to go saif ul muluk, already saw it few years back, just wanted to visit the other nearby areas of it.

@aks_e_ahmed: Let me know about your visit when you come back, hopefully it happens to be a great trip and about adventure, cant really happen on car, need 4x4

Guys Guys hold ur horses..

This year the situation is quite different then last year.Last year naran was heavily snowed and it took all summer to melt the snow on saif-ul-malook but this year it's vise versa.Not much snow has happened there so i assume season will open soon.
If u plan to go from naran to skardu on car then u'll have to cross babusar top,which is only crossable via 4x4.
If u use KKH to reach skardu on car,then kkh is in pretty bad condition after bashaam till dassu.so using public transport is advisable. However,KKH is open almost a year.

About deosai.First u need to confirm if the trek to it is open or not.I went there last year in june and it was all open although spring hadn't arrived at that time,and nights were soo chilly that our as*es got freezed in minutes.or karachi kaye logon tou weyessay bhi thand zaida lagti hai,so be prepared.

april kay end and may kay start may u cannot reach Naran. glaciers hotay hain. even if u reach somehow no use coz u cant go further.nothing in naran cityman.
secondly gligit and sakardu r open.
doesai 15 May kay baad khulta hai historically
u can visit gilgit,naltar, ghizer uptill shandoor pass. beuti is not optimum but is not peak season
in skardu u can c shangrila,shigarfort and vally and satpara lake.even that fort in sakarduwith a strange namei always forget
