I myself am a student of metallurgical engineering( dealing metals specially steel) n once a sheet is cold worked (crushed...stretched extra) the residual stress in metal increases drastically n for denting further cool work is done (hammering etc) which further increases stresses in the sheet hence making is weak..therefore there is nothing as 100% perfect repair...micro-cracks appear which became stress concentration zone..when an accidented car undergo another collision these micro-cracks are from where propagation of cracks/defects initiates resulting in total failure...

Therefore, be very careful buying JDM used cars...its better to buy a smaller car within ur budget then a bigger accidented car for shoo-shaah...
The people in foreign countries have knowledge abt such things therefore these car are exported to 3rd world countries....

Try explaining this to a cushtoomer who is wearing rosy glasses and is believing the 100% jenyan pent sushi car he/she is buying because its "so awesome" that it has a dozen molty foam airbags and the original owner never drove it for more than 1 foot.

Friend studying in japan once told that japs keep these cars for just use & use and abuse.These dinkies are their economical workhorses.

After extracting the juice out of these, they sale this junk to other countries.

I have seen a car which the delar claimed that it's not mine and the car owner is mill owner he himself exported 4 car of 3 where Mira and 1 was move he kept 3 car which had fulfilled it's need so that's why he is selling ths extra one. It was much better other
At that time owner was on business trip so delar gave me the time when he is comming back which is this comming Sunday and he was also saying he will not u car less then 100k
What do u think 100k car would be accidental or not

Being a mill owner does not make him an angel and does not convert the car into "unused machinery" - most probably the car is maintained by the same mechanics who maintain his chinese parts mill.

Until you see it first hand - even then I wont buy it as its a gray market car and its spare parts and repairs are a royal pain to sort out.

Your concept about spare is now old...,............there are also thousand car comming which are not repearable. These car are only used to fetch spare parts which are not damaged
