Spotted a few days earlier near adda plot, Raiwind Road, Lahore.

There is a turn in the road where, it looks, as if the car under steered and hit the pole.

A bit of off topic maybe.

A biker blindly entering a main road from a 90degree side street towards me, i brake in emergency but still hit him and he falls down breaking\cracking my bumper. My speed was 30.

So, Who will pay fr my damage?

A passerby car driver said, "bhai itni speed se arahay ho. Aapko brake lagani chahye thi" (haan mein in mahaan andhe bikers ke lye rasta saaf karun taakay inko takleef na ho)

I then said to both, "you have to wait and look at the end of street, bc u r entering a main road"

The biker says, "phr mein kahan se turn karun" (totally absent minded, careless beghairat reply)

He then starts his wheel and went away as if nothing happened.

How to cope with this in our traffic?

you know, yesterday, i was watching Dashcam recorded accident videos on Youtube and was thinking that this should be mandatory law to install dashcam in cars in Pakistan too, but then i realized, what's the benefit of it if nobody is going to follow the law, have insurance, or even accept their mistake : (

15000 ki bike ko sale kar kay bhi apka nuqsan nahi poora hona.

Happened with me in Bahria Town Lahore, while I was waiting at T junction to turn right and biker hit my fender and burst my tyre. He had a lady and some kids too.

What could one do... Corolla FL rim alone is 97,000 tyre around 24000... bill amounted to 150,000 and not to mention the hassle of insurance claim which exceeds 50,000 you have to file an FIR too and visit dealership at least 3 times. One to get estimate, second to drop off the car and 3rd to pick the car.

With no mistake of my own, I was returning from a funeral of a friend and had three cars behind me who were my friends following me out to ring road. I seriously hate motorcyclists and rickshaws.

I think I have already shared this on this thread.. Once my Santro was hit by a Rickshaw coming from wrong side. First he said "aap ne bhi to brake nahi lgai" . When I said ok I will call the police he started apologizing and said take this money this is the total I have earned during the day . The amount was 200-300 ... I had to repair my Headlight and fender dent for 7,500/-

True, accidents are the result of sheer carelessness of the drivers.
They are not only threat to themselves but also for others.
In Pakistan we see young boys doing one wheeling and racing on roads on the eve of Eid, 14th August or other such festivals. They are seemingly educated but devoid of ethics. On these days many accidents happen and they become the cause of loss of others' lives too. Though members of traffic police are increased on such eves but in spite of that they are out of control.
It's pathetic!

Yesterday evening at main boulevard DHA Phase 6. I wonder how it managed to flip over and land on it's head. There were no other cars or bikes at the scene.

This road and the road in front of phase 5 market (jalalsons) have become epicenters of big accidents. Often such accidents are witnessed here

Allah sbko mehfooz rkhe...saw one loaded suzuki pickup on the defence raya signal today banged into the divider...1122 was also there ...around 7.40 in the morning
