Hi All
Looking to buy CL9 UK variant.
I need your kind advise.
I am considering rather going for CL9 UK variant. Grey mettalic with SR cruise and many options which are rare to find. Can you advise me further that what known faults are here for CL9? Is it good to go? I live in Multan and maintained reborn for 3 years. Any advise regarding buying and what things should be seen while buying a used CL9. Also any price range for that variant.

So i found a small shop in Montgomery name Tasneem Auto next to Honda Bilal. He got a stack of k24a3 oem parts and other cl9 suspension+body stuff (although i don't own a cl9). Sharing his contact because some of the stuff are not available in complete market.

Dear Rahat,
I was reading your threads, you seems have a hands on experience regarding CL7/CL9 transmission issues. I have bought one 6 months back. My CL7's transmission gives a jerk when switching from 2nd to 3rd gear, rest of shifting is very smooth. I had changed my transmission fluid twice, inline ATF filter also changed but issue could not be rectified. It usually happens after I stops somewhere for example on traffic signal and after that D light starts to flash. Things gets normal on restarting the car. I get it scanned the scanner reads p0848 code transmission fluid sensor B circuit high. I got my shift solenoids cleaned, nothing notable observed and 3rd gear pressure switch is also changed.( it was arranged by mechanic which was physically same but color was yellow, original was blue). After this the issue of blinking D light is resolved but the issue of jerk while shifting in 3rd gear still remain.
Needs your help if you understands my case, kindly guide what else should i do to get it resolved.

I had similar issue on my CF3 but I couldn't resolve it. Even after change of transmission, the issue continued, so I concluded that it must have been an electric fault and nothing to do with transmission's mechanicals.

Did you find any solution for the issue?

I recently bought a CL9 which isn’t in optimum condition. I have detected a couple of issues. Although it’s not my first time with CL. I have kept a CL7 and Type S but long ago and they never gave any issue. I also have read the entire thread so I have a pretty much idea about what could be the reasons.

However, I just wanted to revive the thread and see if the members are still alive. In addition, is there any WhatsApp group as well for CL Gen.

The issue is vibration at idle specially after switching on the AC. And O2 sensor error occasionally. Steering is also little hard.

Vibration is due to engine mounts. CL has known fault of breaking mounts, hard steering is normal & yes there is whatsapp group for accord. Pm for link

no dear, I sold car. I had changed transmission valve body, 3rd gear pressure switch but the issue remained as it is.

Aslam o alikum everyone I recently purchased an accord cl9 and i swaped the engine and the transmission both were in excellent condition but the engine is not producing enough power in my opinion i did a 0 - 100 launch and it came around 12s is this normal? Plus the car changes gear a bit lit . And if not what can be the reasons your help is high appreciated
