No need for sandpaper if only swirls. Sandpaper us for removing oxidation and deep scratches.
Swirls can be removed by compounding. Only compound if you have some protection to put on the lights.

Installed AEM dryflow filter and removed intake resonator. Car is more responsive now. The car sounds slightly more deep now.

So I got these fog lamp H8 bulbs off Aliexpress today. Was using these for past 2 years, and one of the bulbs went out, hence got a replacement pair. I guess CL9 fog lamps are H11 so had to do a bit of filing on the holding clamps.
