Accord CM5 interio refurbishing

Hi! I've this Honda Accord 2007 CM5 with full leather interior and a now this machine needs some serious attention.
I mean except for the driver seat, side passenger and rear seat has developed significant cracks in the leather upholstery.
The gear knob looks like it it had been scrubbed off with some nail cutter or something.
Steering wheel leather is all torn.

For the seats part, I've tried the DIY leather repair kits on aliexpress that come with a leather filler and color but it has utter bullsh*t.
Just don't have any clue what to do, I don't want cheap looking local upholstery on these seats as being suggested by many people I discussed with nor can I currently change em for soem kabuli. Can someone tell if someone I can repair or at least make them look better?
For the gear knob I think a cover would suit well and for steering wheel, should I get a hand stitched custom cover?
Open to suggestions and discussion in the isolation time period.

Hi, this is wear and tear, if one does not protect and maintain leather interior. A 2007 model car should not disintegrate so badly, but I am guessing the interior was never protected and/or parked for long durations in direct sun and hot climate. I have seen similar damage to interiors in cars baked in direct sun for extended periods in Saudi Arabia.

The way forward would be to rip the current leather seats and start afresh. Try and find close match in (synthetic) leather. I have seen this done a lot. They will need to pull the seats out, and rip the old cloth. Stitch the new one in place.

The same can be done with the steering wheel and gear knob. However, if possible, I would recommend you to find used steering wheel and gear knob in better condition and swap them in.

On a side note, it would be sensible to tackle these issues, after COVID-19 settles down.
