Hey everyone, what's the latest on car deliveries? Has anyone received their vehicle or had any updates from the dealership or Pak Suzuki helpline? I'm getting mixed signals - the helpline told me to call back on May 29th for a delivery update, while the dealership says the company estimates 10-12 days 🤷‍♂. Regarding compensation, the Pak Suzuki helpline rep said the company doesn't handle claims directly; it's supposed to go through the dealership. Has anyone had any luck emailing or discussing this with the dealership or Pak Suzuki?
I emailed the dealership (CC'ing Pak Suzuki) on May 20th about compensation, detailing my situation and requesting a fair resolution. Here's the email content:

At the time of booking, I was given a tentative delivery date of April 29, 2025. However, despite the promised timeline having passed, I have not yet received the vehicle.
