As far as I know, under the Auto Industry Development and Export Policy (AIDEP 2021ā26), car companies are required to deliver vehicles within 60 days, and in case of a delay, they must compensate the customer with KIBOR + 3% per annum on the deposited amount.

Actually received any compensation from Suzuki for a delayed delivery?
Filed a complaint with Suzuki, the Ministry of Industries, or Consumer Court?
Would really appreciate hearing about your experience and any advice before I take further steps.
