I have tried all the major platforms, and they are one of the top three. Their customer care email support takes 2 to 3 days to respond, and they use just two templates: "In Process" or "Ready to Dispatch." I also contacted their general department and reached out to corporate contacts, but I received no response from any of them.
Their claims regarding the law and order situation are completely inaccurate. I have confirmed through reliable sources that there have been no transportation delays on the Sindh Highway, despite the ongoing political instability. If you would like to verify this, you can call the dealerships that have stock available at premium prices. This raises concerns about where and how they are obtaining their stock, as their statements do not hold up.
They are significantly increasing prices while claiming that the 60-day price lock policy does not apply after 60 days. It is clear that we did not receive our compensation, and we did not get our vehicles in June. So, we need to formally voice our concerns.
