So, I got in touch with the helpline today. They told me that the car is "completed" but not "loaded" yet. The rep told me to expect the car to be loaded by the end of the week and to add 3-4 days for the transit. However, when I contacted the dealership and my sales agent, they said that the car hasnt been issued yet. Either the dealership is extremely incompetent or Suzuki Motors is lying.
I also emailed them asking for a compensation and they have emailed back asking for the PBO, which I have sent. I await their reply now. I feel like, as some users have already pointed out, we should brace ourselves for a tax hike on the car. Extremely disappointing experience.
For info, I paid 100 percent in advance on 24th March, 2025 and I was promised the delivery time of 25th May, 2025
