Still haven't recieved delivery. The booking date was 24th March and delivery date was 25th May. I have, however, recieved invoice for the vehicle. I have been told two things by the suzuki helpline:
The car has been invoiced and they have ensured that no one that had their tentative delivery within June gets affected by the price hike. The car is completed and ready and proof of that was the invoice that I recieved as it contained Engine and Chassis Numbers. They also said that currently they are clearing all the backlog and are clearing the backlog for May, 2025 and have reached the vehicles that were due in the last week of May.
Since the car has been invoiced, the Suzuki helpline cannot provide me with any updates on the delivery of the vehicle as their system shows the delivery completed, because invoicing is the last step.
They told me to contact my respective dealership (Suzuki Central, Rwp). I have been doing that since the 7th of July. The dealership says they have no idea in which order they are sending vehicles as Suzuki Motors has issued gate passes for all completed vehicles so the transporters are picking vehicles whichever one is available. However, he also said that there is high chance that the vehicle will be delivered within this week.
To be honest, I don't have any expectations now. This has been the worst experience so far. I hope the rest of you have had better experiences
