we are planning for the panoramic and beautiful trek of rush lake where beauty and adventure are side by side, you can experience the crossing the variety of glaciers like hoper, barpu and miar glaciers. From rush peak on the clear day you can see k2 and broad peak and on the trek there are magnificent views of golden peak (spantik), mulabiting, ultar, rakaposhi and so many other peaks, rather it is said that from rush peak there are views of peaks 360 degree and you can also see hisper la, biantha brak and latok peaks. This trek requires physical fitness and not an easy trek.
Rush lake is the highest lake of pakistan
we will do this trek in july. Probably mid of july ..
Tentative cost, final date and day wise itinerary will be posted here in coming few days.
The trek is not an easy trek so those persons who have good trekking history can join us in this trek.

Sir this will be our day wise initenary of the tour.
Day 01 Depart from Rawalpindi Bus Stand at 11 A.M through Natco.
Day 02 Reach Hunza around 11 A.M . Rest day due to long journey . Night at Hotel
Day 03 Depart for Hopar through jeep 1.30 hour drive reach Hopar . Start our trek and reach Berichkor in evening. Night at Camps.
Day 04 Trek to Rsyh Lake. Night at Camp.
Day 05 Free day at Lake .We will try to Summit Rush Pari Peak.Night at Camp.
Day 06 Reach Berichkor . Night at Camp.
Day 07 Reach hunza from Berichkor . Night at Hotel.
Day 08 Depart Hunza around 11 a.m
Day 09 Reach Islamabad.
This will be the Expected day wise Schdedule of our Tour. Final date of departure will be 22 or 23 of July from Islamabad.Final date could be change if the weather in Hunza is not clear.
Per head cost of the tour is 11500 .

some suggestions:

dont rest the day u reach hunza. go to baltit and altit fort and walk around. like this ul also get aclimatized a little and can also visit the landmarks of hunza. i think it will b a waste to rest the whole day.
secondly arange for jeep the same day and start early next morning so that u reach in time.

if u manage it in 11500 i think its pretty cool.

Thankz for the valuable suggestions.
Well you know the 26 hours journey is very long and we will be much tired so very difficult to visit the places you mention.
I will arrange the jeep for Hopar before the departure as i have some resources in Hunza.There will be no problem for jeep, porter or guide.
Tell me one thing what if we will rest for some time in Hunza and then in the evening we will drive for Hopar ??
We will be fresh in Hopar to start the trek.

this wud be better i guess. agar ap log usi din hopar puhanch jao tu it will give u a headstart. subah fresh ho kar trek start karo. good choice

Yes is liye mein yehi soch raha tha kay Hunza say kuch cheezain etc purchase ker kay hum Hopar nikal jayen *** or Hopar ko Explore kerain *** thora aclimatize be ho jaye ***.

yes the minapin trek is the simplest o treks and can be done in 1 day. it will alow u to c rakaposhi BC and Diran peak BC with Kacheli Lake. if u have time u can include that as well.

1. Could we back to Hunza after completing minapin trek (KKH-Minapin-Tagaphari-Minapin-KKH) in one day?
   It is 09km one way and total ascend is 1250meter.

2. Minapin trek kahan say shuru hota ha?

3. Minimum days required for Rush lake and peak trek>?

@asif saeed......bro, need some help...i ve ben a big fan and admirer of ur passion for exploring de unknown n also of ur camera shoots over flickr.....Bro, i myself n my boys r not new to hiking n trekking stuf....have done many major n minor treks during last six yrs but never found enuf tym to interact over public forums like dis...all de ppl here r amazing in managing their schedules n persuing their passions...bro, v r intending to go after rush lake trek n from dere to pay homage to Sheosar lake n den to enter neelum by crossing Shaunter top in coming days...n v wish to manage all dat in 7 days time, from lahore to lahore....n IA will do dis.......Asif bh, wat worries us is de present sectarian violence going on all arnd us nowadays esp in de mighty north....I want to seek ur opinion regarding travelling thru KKH...like which travel agency v shud turn to keeping in consideration de time constraints dat v ll b bound by and also regarding safety issues....secondly can u give any idea abt de tym reqired to cross shauntar top from chillam side; providing dat v ppl ve some very daring hiking experiences under our belts, from de past....
One more thing bro, is it possible to plan an alternate tour in 7 days, from lahore to lahore, in which v substitute Rush lake wid Haramosh-Kutwal lake trek and de rest stays de same...

most important thing you missed is, do you have your own transportation or do you have to use public transport? Even if you have your own transport, you will just be able to hike upto rush lake and back in Lahore in 7 days time, if you go by air, then i guess you will have 2 days spare as the trek to tush lake is of 3 days depending on the route you take, some routes take 3 days to reach the lake and 2 days to return to hoper village meaning 5 days, some take 2 days to reach the lake and 2 days to return. So i guess you just need to focus on one thing only.

As for security situation, this is the main concern but as it is said " is tara to hota ha is taraha ka kamo ma"

well sir there is no real sectarian issue rite now in northern area... do u belong to fiqah e jafaria ?..as far as ur plan and dayz is concerned it will not be possible to cover all this area in 7 dayz lahore to lahore... lahore say lahore tu skardu kay he 4 din lag jaigay.. max u will be able to cover rush lake... so its best u limit ur trip to one side like either Shaunter pass or Rush lake...... rush lake jana ana 3 din ka trek ha... shaunter pass ka trek bhe min 3 dayz ka hoga from chillum.... so u can take NATCO to astore.... visit deosai one day and reach trek start location... next 2days do pass and reach shaunter valley and same day reach kel.. next day reach muzafarabad and lahore.... yey he possible ho ga 7 dayz may lahore to lahore.. ya phir sedha hunza jain aur rush lake karain and wapis lahore... wahan aik adh din kisi valley may laga lain...
