I think he is ryt, third party involvement (Sperm/Egg Donating is not permissible) because there will be issues of inheritance and mehrum/namehrum as biological father/mother will be some 1 else. With out 3rd party involvement, IVF is perfectly ok and in cases of serious male infertility, ICSI is a great option but very expensive indeed.

there is a button "Ask Q" , press that button, follow instructions and tell them that you read the related fatwas, but now you need some quotes from Quran and Hadith on which those fatwas are based. You should get your answer.

Don't mind its my personal point of view stay a religion spiritual thing do not teach any one in the light of religion its wrong
people have there own head and i tell you no one on the planet following true religion which is described in Quran

Adoption is very well protected by law and far much more explained problems and solution in foreign countries which is not narrow like you explaind "baap ka naam wohee rahee ga" ....... "maa na mahram ho gee baap baytee k lia na mahram ho ga" lolxxx yaar sorry

I can only c one reason caste which is very important in religion like shia sunni barwalee etc .... if u ask me i hate this caste mentality which differ people to people which is racism in this era . it divides root cause

Someone objecting here the process of Adoption should feel lucky that they are not one of those little children waiting for someone to come down and give them a life they deserve coz someone killed their family in a blast or due to gun culture in a lawless country. Islam provides ease in life not otherwise. That is the Islam I Know. Remember 'Yateem kae sar par hath rakne wal......'

This is quite funny actually. Adopting does not mean you are replacing father's name? People do adopt cats and dogs from charities for homeless animals. That does need paper work as well. Adopting means taking care of someone's need who does not have the right circumstances to do so at least until they reach the age of puberty.Wake up people...

ya you're right ! but look at religion very much focus on staying with father name and parents who want there adopted child to b called with there name which may b in some or many cases they feel proud to call or treat as there own child. even that way child may it self more secure and confident even he know him as adopted child
