Yeas 959 Is Right, By the way just want to tell you guys that TOYO is one of the world's most reliable and most expensive japanese tire. Its quality and technology is far beyond Bridgestone, Yokohama or any other Japanese Brand.

Sp sport 490 is a relatively hard tire and should be avoided. I have used nearly all tires in the 13" category (for small cars like cultus/alto etc) including Yoko A drive, Sport 490, Eco, Digi tyre, Nexen etc etc. and I can safely say that the best tire I used till date in this category was Goodyear GPS 2 (Made in India)

u need to define wt u mean by soft and hard tyre

do u mean soft "rubber compound tyre" (soft thread) which grips/brakes/corners better but usually have lower life.

or do u mean soft comfortable silent tyres with soft sidewalls, soft footprint and wt ever goes around there to eat up bumps of Pakistani roads.

Same thing I was thinking. You can have either soft compound tire (grip), OR soft sidewalls (comfort).

soft tyres - Comfortable ride

Well i changed tyres in March with used yokohama ( at that time i was short of cash) and now situation is that tyres is getting hard and feel even little bump and steering is not that pretty good. So before getting more loss from it (steering) i want to change them asap. i need 195/65/15. My drive is mostly on rough roads because i visit my village on weekends and roads there are bumpy.
Kindly suggest me best tyre brand with economy for such road conditions. Personally i found Yoko good but dont know which one is good
