Advice Needed, Which Split A.C to go for 1.5 Ton

Bro my aunt have the same case about rust then a mechanic told us that he has a solution he sprayed the outer unit with a ceramic paint and he said it will double the life of the outer unit and it does really help and as invincible doc said go for the gree it's better then the rest

Haier and Gree are better than dawlance. You should opt between these two . . .

M using Dawlance from many years n not a single issue since ages.......but no idea about its current price.

Current price is around 43k

I finally got gree 1 ton after much research. Bought it last week. Its the first Chinese at home after 5 Mitsubishi splits. So far impressed with quality and build. Lets see how it runs.
Btw which 1.5 ton comes in ur budget. Gree 1.5 ton is 51000. And I am sure reputed brands would be even more then this.

You live near the sea so anything u buy will go bad in three years,buy a cheap ac dont go for an expensive one because in the end u would be changing it in three years time.Gree is a better choice but like kenwood it would go bad in three years time.
When i lived in karachi near the sea we tried to spray paint the copper pipes but that only extended the life of the outer unit by 6months max...so three years is the life...you would have to eventually change it so buy cheap.

Thanks for the advice, I'll surely get is sprayed with Ceramic paint, Confused between unit now, Gree is surely a better choice but getting out of my budget, Ill go and ask more about prices tomorrow

I too liked it, the display and looks r attractive, So now i have short listed two,
1.Dawlance Monogram Series
2.Haier Energy Saving Series.

Well bro i have got a lot of source with Appliances dealers so i will already be getting it cheaper at a whole sale rate . Would most probably be buying this Week In Sha Allah

Guys there is a bit change of plan here, Today i brought a an A.C technician to get my other A.Cs Serviced and also asked to check this one, According to him the inner unit is in Brand New State while the outer is toast so just change the outer and it will easily work for 1-2 more years, So now what should i do? Should i buy a new unit knowing that it will also die in the next 3 years or just change the outer of the present one?

why no one discussing Acson?

also if getting new.. then buy inverter based ac with heater option.

Inverter I did research. But its good when there is constant power supply. As when we have 12 hrs loadshedding in lahore then the inverter function basically dies. Bcz when the power comes then the compressor is going to attain 26degrees or whatever we set. And in doing so its going to maintain high amperage and by the time the amperage is going to fall bcz of inverter tech, our power supply is going to go again. So basically no use in my opinion. At least for lahore.
