We are leaving in few hours. Well I am husband of the Lady how started this thread. Thank you so much all you guys. Specially asifcae, aesiege, joinami and ranasherdil. We will probably skip Naltar and will go for Hopper valley on advice by aesiege. Chances to get glimpse of Spantik Peak from Hopper valley is fascinating us.
Thanks a bundle again. We got very useful information here. Will share the pics on our return.

Why are you skipping Naltar? I would skip Hopar because you can view the Passu glaciers while visiting Khunjerab...

Hunza Embassy Hotel in Sost is a good option.
