The point is it can be a bit more reliable then a rotary but as a whole one should not go for an RX8 it might look good on paper but it will become a real pain onwards

A good condition rotary Rx8 will be more reliable and easy to kept then a 2jz swapped Rx8.

From what I've heard an RX8 with swapped engine isn't a good option. If the RX8 had a normal engine from factory it would have been perfect. I've been looking on websites and the ads for sports cars in this price range are very limited. I've seen an S2000 and a 350z in Lahore, but cant find any similar cars listed for sale online. There are a few 350zs but they are all around 40 45 lacs. Does someone know a dealer in Lahore where I could find some cars like these?

Your choice bro but some friends mine got rx8 and they rotary engines that are hard for mechanics here to understand and their cars were always having somekind of malfunction and were not fit mechanically but then they opted to get them swapped and then the cars became a lot more usable were a lot easier then rotarys to maintain

People are demanding way to much for 350z these days and S2000 is very rare in Pakistan. Another car that I have researched is Audi TT first gen that you can get if you pump your budget to something like 25-26 it is also a very good option

In this budget its better to get an older car and build it according to your needs. It will be a bit hard in the start but will be fine if quality parts and quality mechanics are used. Also you may not be able to het the money back in case you sell it. I would prefer getting an e36 and building it in this budget

Get a converted Evo 5/6 or a CF3/4 and swap an H22, plus all the mods you want.

Another route is swapping a K20A into pretty much any Honda chassis and building a fast sleeper. The same goes for swapping an M18A into a Swift, with a few tasteful mods.
