as @asifcae has stated, i would agree with him.
i would suggest if your are adament on travelling through afgan and pakistan, you should inform the afgan and PAK embassies of your plans, and get guidence and more related information from them.
I know bikers in europe who have travelled acrosss the globe on motorbikes and have travelled through some hostile countries/enviroments, and have made it back to europe safe and sound.
