outlaw92 @ His method is good but don,t do it with Original pipe. Secondly u seen my bike,s pictures. I used that pipe for 2 years and i enjoyed the sound and speed because of that. That pipe was originaly for cg 125 but i altered that for my deluxe. I will upload video tomorrow inshallah !!!!Well these types of pipes are made from rough material therefore these things happen !!!!

most mechanics say that those 500-600 silencers destroy engine..(piston and rings) i dont know if its true.. please get info about it .. try to ask anyone who is using it..
i also visited ghafar ustad .. he said he will make silencer and would cost 6000 rs.. hahaha
he also said that the 500-600 silencerd do not have jalli.. and also told two of their other disadvantages.. dont know what they were forgot those..

also he told me to he can fit any silencer on ur bike.. just bring it.. so i was thinking y not get a old cg 125 silencer and mod it to my bike ..dhoom 70cc upgraded to 110cc ?

also is it possible to installl a cd 100 silencer onto a dhoom 70 head ?

After Market Exhausts are installed for 3 major different objectives:
1. Performance
2. Sound / Exhaust Notes
3. Appearance

1. Performance:
If you want performance, go for Free Flow exhaust which do not have "Jaali", however while installing those you should also replace the the air filter to free flow air intake, these filters cost around Rs.120.... this exhaust and intake mod will help your bike breathe in and breathe out freely thus increasing power and performance. The downside of this mod is........fuel inefficiency.

2. Sound / Exhaust Notes
For Louder sound the best solution is "Namda wala Silencer". I personally hate them. Way too Loud. in these silencer there is no "Jaali" and the walls are filled with "namda"

3. Appearance:
"Dholki type Silencer" is popular for its appearance. These units come in both restricted and Free Flow exhausts. Desi usually free flow hotay hain.

Namda is a highly dense material and lining it to the walls of the muffler ensures that you get low resonance sound. Matlab if you line it with namda the muffler will vibrate less as it will absorb less sound waves. Therefore the exhaust note is extremely irritating and loud.

Waterpump is a big market. Also try the market behind Dilpasand sweets (MA Jinnah Road)....dont remember the name of the market .....agar used branded silencers chahiye tow best place is Ranchorline. Whatever unit you buy, just make sure the installer tucks it in properly...werna mostly I see these aftermarket silencers hang low and wide matlab there is too much gap between the frame horizontally and vertically making it look bad and an afterthought. Make sure silencer wala tucks it in properly werna buhat bura lagta hai.

thnx alot bro .. i hv already been through water pump market but didn't find any good ... will soon visit the MA jinnah mkt ... about installation, i will keep that in mind .. also i hv heard that branded exhaust of diffrenet cc bikes can harm the valves or engine .. is that so ..??

yep, engine blows too early... beside that awefull sound (specially if dholki is fitted) too... CG series ki bike sirf apny orignal silencer per he sahi Tone deti hai as per my experience ...

The Flaw of Free Flow Exhaust:
basically what a free flow exhaust does is it get way too much pressure out of the exhaust valve of the engine.

2 Types of Valves in Engine:
There are 2 types of valves in the engine......the intake valve and the exhaust valve. intake valve is responsible for bringing in the air and fuel mixture from the carb into the engine. whereas the exhaust valve is responsible for sending out all the exhaust fumes out of the engine after the combustion has taken place.

Don Mess the Engine Stroke Transition:
Therefore when you install a free flow exhaust the pressure inside the engine will release too soon and too much. engine kay 4 strokes hotay hain and it should crank smoothly between all the strokes. Free flow exhaust messes up the stroke transition of the engine and you will notice your engine will be "nervous", the engine will have more wear and tear and will break down sooner.

How to Avoid this:
One way to avoid this from happening is to install a free flow air intake to match your free flow exhaust. Only then you have better chances of not ruining up your engine sooner than if you would have left it stock. Free flow exhaust should always be accompanied with a free flow air intake. It will increase power and your engine will rev up to higher RPM. Tempting right? but with more power comes more problems. You have to decrease the intervals between oil changes, infact full synthetic oil would be better if you are more leaned towards performance. its protects the engine better and also increase engine power because of its less resistance.

Well bhai first of all frame rigidity and balance should be your topmost priority..Thicker rims with more wheel base,,Sports ones then turbocharging wont be an issue

Han man turbo charger is not very successfull in lower end bikes.... it requires more 'PUFF' in exhaust but may be mechnics have some workaround.... by the way are you interested in put NOS kit ? I have sources for that... (PS if you are interested I can almost get it for free for CG... let me know..)

Inserting a turbo in an air cooled engine in our weather............hmmm.........brave......
Engine wont take the abuse and chances are you will end up frying your piston rings in the first month.
even if you forget about the engine for a while and consider it as a disposable entity.
Turbo is too extreme for a CG125 chassis....... the chassis and drivetrain barely handles the 11 bhp the engine dishes out.... you would require a lot of modification to make the chassis and drivetrain cope up with more power and logically thinking its not worth it.

If you want more power........buy a motorcycle with more power. Inserting a turbo is just too much.
