The planes themselves are not marked History Channel, its just that the film is aired on the channel and someone captured the frame off the clip.
The F-15 pictures are from one of the two Israel-Arab wars. The Eagle in question is an Israeli plane flown by the balding pilot shown in the last picture. They surmised that it survived and flew on one wing because it already is such a wide aircraft that its underbelly creates enough aerofoil effect for it to fly at least on that occasion.
