Congratulations Rehman Bhai, its a very nice SUV.

I had the similar one in 2001, FJ80, 1997 special edition two tone, mine was dark green and silver grey, and two tone leather.

This is by far the best SUV the Toyota ever made. The newer ones are not as attractive, the shape is too bulky.

Actually I changed every changeable item when I bought this vehicle including all fluids,all belts,all filters according to my nature.I feel that these suvs should be highly maintained to minimize any risk of breakdown when you are at some odd place because its difficult to fix these monsters.I also used low ratio 2/3 times in this trip just to avoid slippage otherwise it was handling even heavy snow quite easily in high ratio/normal gears.

as far as spitfires are concerned,all internal cards including boot cards are made from water proof hard board and fixed in places.new glove boxes also made for both cars using the same but thicker hard board on original design but much more stronger.
Have a load of very interesting pics to share with you brothers but due to some construction/maintenance work going on at home,cant find time to upload.will do so in near future INSHALLAH.

It is considered to be "off season" in Feb,march so rates were a little low...
In hotel Elites these were from 4000 to 8000 depending about the room..Do not Know about the others...

Antifreeze was already in the radiator but when I bought this jeep,changed all fluids including antifreeze...so there was no problem...Its not safe going in these weather conditions (below zero) without antifreeze,because water will freeze overnight damaging radiator...

Thank you so much brother for kind words...I feel that exploring nature is very relaxing.But sometimes it is difficult to reach the desired destination due to hard weather or difficult/dangerous roads etc...this is a small price to pay when you want to enjoy undisturbed natural beauty...

You are right dear that this model in good condition is hard to find...I went to Naran/Babusar top in july last year in Mini Pajero (borrowed from a cousin).since then I was looking for one...So it took about six months to find this vehicle...
Previous owner of this vehicle came to a showroom to buy a BMW 7 series in this jeep.I was also called by showroom people to show me another LC..so I was there as well...When I saw this vehicle,I asked the show room guy that I like this one instead of one you are showing me,but owner was not willing to sell this one...I sort of "Booked" this jeep so when ever its for sale I should be the first buyer...And after two months I got hold of this jeep...
So like this I found this vehicle.

I agree with you that this model is a good one but only for those who know the capabilities of 80 series LC...Otherwise its an older model and people don't consider it very prestigious..I also had one about 8 years back.my cousins had Cygnus and 100 series LCs.but I feel that this one is better than those (my personal opinion only).So I searched for one...

Very interesting question you asked about consumption...
well I got its tank full (with old price) costing about Rs.5000+.went to Nathiagali and back to Murree in same diesel including about 5 hours traffic jam on the way back.From murree Rs.2000 diesel (new price) and from Islamabad another Rs.3000 diesel to be on the safer side because last time could not get fuel on motorway....some roaming around in Islamabad and back to Lahore...
travelled around 1100 Kms and fuel around Rs.10000 or so..speed on motorway exact 120Km/h (cruise control on).So like this costed around Rs.9/10 per kilometer I guess on motor way + hill climbing...
does not give more than 6 KM/liter in city I think..
The above calculations are a rough estimate of fuel consumption..
heavy on fuel.....Obviously.
