Sorry Ansar Bhai for late response....
Actually some construction/maintenance work is going on at our premises for about four and a half months.original plans were just a month work but you know when these "MISTRIS" enter your house...its not easy to get rid of them...:(.
during this time,environment was not suitable to work upon these two spitfires...so both of them were under covers for all this time...
But we have done a lot of work on blue spitfire....interior is done...like all door cards,glove boxes etc are Redone (hand made) and fixed in place....wiring looms are ready but not in the car yet...have photographed every thing to share with you brothers.....
One reason for not updating spitfire threads were these two traveling threads...which captured most of the available time:)....

i can understand the problem associated with these MISTRIS,i have suffered it for the last 2 months too
Nice to know that work have been done on the spits with detail photos. eagerly waiting for the updates. Hope construction/maintenance work will soon be completed.

Its something that controls the difference of speed of the left and right tyres according to how much the car is turning......and in which direction....
search on youtube, its hard to tell by just text....informational videos will help more...

I was looking for a jeep since last july and made quite a few threads on pakwheels too in an attempt to find the required suv..first I was looking for a mitsubishi exceed but no success.Then surf and prado but land cruisers 80 series multivalve 96/97 models were always knocking at my heart...........saw 10 + vehicles but no one clicked.
some had bad exterior/interior,some bad mechanicals and some out of lahore/Islamabad numbers (I was not interested in).Ultimately came across this example 97 model,Imported and registered in 2006 from japan(not dubai).so could not resist and bought this vehicle.
changed all oils/filters, belts including timing belt,power steering pump seal(Raees,my mechanic did every thing at home) which was leaking and took off to nathia gali with family to check its performance on snow because came to know that there is heavy snow fall in nathiagali last weekend...

Oh I forgot...came across this Mehran coming from NathiaGali...A guy is sitting on the bonnet to put more weight on driving wheels and to improve traction..

I had also came accross such situation in my nathia gali. There were two passenger in hiace including me and one driver and conductor.

We have to stand on back bumper and also have to jump on the bumber so that the vehicle can move...
