Yes they are . . but they work with the button . This device converts it to auto . whenever you lock your car . . .the side mirrors retract .

A new gadget added Light purchased from @fireblade
These lights are OEM thai corolla and surprisingly also have headlight position motor. So i start trying to figure out how they works and how can i add in my corolla. After opening the motor assembly i found the right method. And its working now. Bought a Vitz headlight positioning switch from Bilal Gang and all set :)

Parking light = 4 LEDs
Low Beam = 17 Watts LED with Projector
High beam = Normal 55W bulb or HID
Headlight position switch added to dash board
