Yeah you can change.

Switch on ignition >>> Turn on Parking lights >> Push the ODO meter button >>> you will find the option to change brightness after "trip B". Push and hold the odo meter option stick will change the brightness.

Visited Jumbo electronics Mall Road today. He got 10" "Rockmars" brand android navigation unit in stock but i was looking for something newer than that in android with DVD option. So he told me to check again after a week's time so i will update here also after a week's time if i find something new and better.

A friend had this system installed in his Axio last week.
I don't know the brand, it started with iGo primo logo. The touch is really good. The screen shot were taken in outside sunshine and as you can see screen is super bright, the Bluetooth connectivity is good. Overall sound quality is pretty descent ( better than rockmarz i had it once )
The navigation is good, showed no road as we were in hospital parking lot newly made.
Overall for 17k it is really good.
He got it from Hall Road. The fascia also matches the interior.
It supports multimedia steering controls.
2USB, Aux, SD, Radio, Games ( [emoji23]) Mic etc

Reverse application disrupts the music
