All members r requested to put Pak flags on car

I will again repeat guys, hoisting National Flag on anyother day on regular building/vehicles is not allowed legally and is considered as unethical. Can someone confirm me in that plzz...
I will check this on with someone more appropriate tomorrow.
One thing I will though like to point out here. People on independence day hoist the national flag and paper flags up and high on their roof, tying it so high that they do not bother again to remove that. I do not object here their sprit, no way, I just want to say that after a couple of days (mostly due to drizzling and rain) I see the paper flags lying around on the road in dust and mud And the flag up above hoisted high get torn out and muddy. Seriously I do not see any grace in that!
If you put up flags, remember to put it down next day very gracefully. This is the national identity, not a mere piece of cloth/paper!
And yes, keep the spirits up for the day!!!

it is illegal to hoist the national flag on your car like this. Only president, prime minister, chairman senate, speaker of national and provincial assemblies, chief justice of pakistan, governors and chief
ministers of the provinces, federal ministers and ministers of state, chief election commissioner and provincial ministers have the authority to hoist a flag on their. Sometimes COAS, Joint Chief and Core Commanders hoist the flags on their cars. Not even judges, DMG and IGs and other heads are allowed to hoist flags on their car. However there could be a legal technicality due to which you maybe able to hoist a flag on your car, you maybe able to hoist it in the middle or on the right side but I am not recommending this. Clarify it with a lawyer.
