Salam every1.
Last week i went to naran kaghan a mishap occured...when some1 in the car parking i think opened their car door without looking around and scratched my rear door(the 1 behind driver's door) they did it intentionally or not i dont know as i didnt see it right away because it was hidden in mud and dirt when i came back and washed the car then only i saw it.
My car is insured by igi.i took it to amx honda they are saying that there is no solution as it scratched through the paint you need to repaint it(whole door) but it will impact its resale value...now i want to ask is there really no solution?
Can some 1 guide me in rwp/isb where i can get a solution...i will share the picture too...its very small but its bothering me so much

Salam everybody. I am planning to buy Honda BRV-S 2019 (price is 3.1 million) through lease and want to know as to whether its worth the money? Previously i have driven honda city 1.5 prosmatic and like its handling and control with braking. Filhal 7 seater does not matter much. we are 5 people and i daily use car for home to office and back. sometimes (once in a two month or 3 months) we may use it with more people say 7 to 8 (with some cousins). another attraction is to travel to northern areas once a year

i wanna opt it for following reasons

1. Better ground clearance than city and other sedan like corolla 2. Very Spacious front seats 3. climate control with airbag and navigation 4. city is old 5th generation and only Honda and Allah knows when its 7th generation will be launched 5. i feel its size is almost equal to city with advantage of making sit 7 people or use its trunck with 5 people sitting 6. once a year northern areas jana ho tu more driving pleasure and easy to drive on bumpy and rough roads

Dont know about other things like if its worth the money or not...for me its far better then civiv which is shit if you see the price tag which is 40 above
Last week i went to naran kaghan with friends last row was completely folded as we were 5 friends and were comfortable enough on frst two rows.
Now if you are talking about ground clearance for that matter i can say that for sure there,s no other sedan which is like brv...not even once it touched with ground anywhere in the whole journey...but road after kaghan is wrecked for me it was very difficult to drive my new car on these roads
Driving is comfortable if you fold last seats the third row
You will get "Umro yaar ke zanbeel" if you know what it is...unlimited storage capacity
Even with third seat unfolded there's a very decent boot capacity
For me i think only issue is the cost of spare parts and maintenance where i think corolla is much better.
Overall i think brv worth the money its true value of money.
Average which i got was between 10-12.5 and the complete journey was with Ac on
Btw there's no climate control in brv its digital panel which looks better but its still manually controlled by the passenger like in old cars
And forgot to tell that i own manual brv

Nops, no cover as i bought it locally. I cut the lower and sides, so that the upper layer is intact and mitigates the absence of cover.

Do let me know if you come across a place where they off air filter with cover!

I am in same situation like you since one year. I goes to the dealership many times (they are near to my house). I inspected every inch of this car closely It is a good car but few huge concerns from me.
1. Cheap plastic everywhere not giving a good feel to me.
2. Did not feel comfortable on driving seat. I am 6.1 feet tall and even if I through the seat all the way backward it feel congested. quality of the seats is very much substandard and this is the segment which you have to use all the time.
3. Token tax for 7 seater is a ripoff.

Yes I did the same, looking for the cover, I did try putting the covers of City and Civic but they didn't fit in, still looking for the cover.

as per my experience (2 years ago), the front seats are so spacious, more than city and corolla then y u r facing problem? bcz of ur height? u feel same issue in other cars?

the main thing i like are 7 seater and better driving experience due to much more ground clearance and better suspension with imported tyres

that is the main selling point for brv, if that is your requirement than go for it. You get a new vehicle and a very practical one too.

I do agree with anwarshahbazch though. Leg room space isnt enough (most dont find it an issue). Token tax is indeed a ripoff. I think thats why I see so many with isb registration where I think token is less than 3-4k.

I think there are two factors regarding legroom space. First my height and second which sales guy told me that there is a difference of seating style of an SUV and a car. I never drive a jeep or SUV before So may be I am getting the wrong feeling of legroom congestion. However anyone can decide by sitting in the car and getting a test drive if possible. Overall in this price segment its a good vehicle.

I am 6,2 and i dont feel congested at all infact its very spacious but you are right you may feel othwrwise
But who said token tax is for 7 seats?
Thats a misconception i recently paid toxen tax and its same as any other sedan below 1500cc
Agree with plastic parts quality that is cheap without any doubt

That might be the reason brv's height is much more then city infact you feel very different when you sit on driving seats of both the cars.

Token tax of Punjab is as per same category of engine as a car and then additional per seat on number of seats more than a car
