Altis 1.6 2018 Several Issues

So I recently bought Corolla Altis 1.6 2018, It has several issues.

1) Startability Malfunction: Car doesn't gets start without pushing race pedal when parked for more than 2 hrs. Got it scanned and it shows Error code: 104 Startability Malfunction.

2) Break Calipers: When applying brakes it creates tik tik noise.

3) Interior Noises: Car has many interior noises like doors rattling noise, Dashboard vibration.

4) Transmission Jerk: I feel jerk when the car downshifts from 3rd gear.

5) Alternator Bearing Noise: Engine has alternator bearing noise but its minor.

Can you guys please tell me the solution of all these problems and the best place to get it done in a reasonable price. It's my first time experience having a car.

Note: Car is driven 46K on odo meter but I believe it's meter reversed.

Startability Malfunction: Car doesn't gets start without pushing race pedal when parked for more than 2 hrs. Got it scanned and it shows Error code: 104 Startability Malfunction.

Change fuel filter assembly, change plugs too if required. Add liqui moly injector cleaner in full fuel tank afterwards.

Break Calipers: When applying brakes it creates tik tik noise.

Fit new caliper guide pins and their bushes. Have them imported from partscentral, search them on Facebook. This will cost you around 4k.

Car has many interior noises like doors rattling noise, Dashboard vibration

Use gummi pfledge on door rubbers. Google it.

Transmission Jerk: I feel jerk when the car downshifts from 3rd gear.

Change transmission fluid from Toyota. I can bet it was never changed.

Alternator Bearing Noise: Engine has alternator bearing noise but its minor.

Get it changed from Toyota dealership.

With above stated issues. It's driven around 146000kms. I'm sure of it.
