Altis 1.6 30k KM vs 1.8 Grande 100k KM

Some people daily commute is often very less.
Other may drive a lot.
In cities like isb, Lahore and Karachi majority of people drives theirs vehicles around 30-40km or more on daily basis so their annual reading is around 10k km per year.

In other small cities average km per day is way less. Like in my city our family and friends almost everyone drive max 10-15km per day so annual milage per year is around 5k km.

It depends upon your commute and where you are located.

i hope this car is also genuine mileage, 30k in 4 years is a possibility.. right.. if someone not fond of doing long tours.

Actually time nhn milta plus some people keep 2-3 cars and use as per need.

100k driven Toyota if well maintained then it is as good as 30k driven..Some people have multiple cars at home so less driven cars are also present in market...my daily drive is 20km per day so in 5 hundred per month means 30k in 5 years..so check car condition before purchase

It is a 4 years old car with just 30k, doesn't look realistic.

I know, none will believe what I am about to say, but its true! (and I am eye witness, not telling any lie):

My uncle owns a 2009-2010 model 1.3L Honda City, with almost ~35,000 Kms on odo (and its the original reading), with untouched spare tyre, and very rarely used (only on important occasions and functions).

Other car is in most use.

Even 35,000 Kms in 10-11 years is also possible.

One of my landlord's father had a Corolla, with almost ~8,000 kms in like 06-07 years (if I can recall correctly). When they intended to sell it, a person came to know about it in Peshawar, he immediately travelled to Rawalpindi, and kept on the phone continuously: "... Aapnay gari baich to nai di...", "... Aapnay deal to nai kar di...", etc. and he bought it at the price demanded.

So yes, these are possible, but very rare.

go for grande it is better than 1.6 if properly maintained.also it has cruisetonic which might help you in long journeys from karachi to islamabad

My uncle own a reborn 2010 which was less than 20000 km driven when I Iast saw it 2 years ago i guess.

Newer is better. Get a new one. Forget old one.
Let me tell you what mantainances you need after purchasing grande over less driven 1.6

For grande
Cvt oil change 7000rs
Coolant Change 4000rs
Plugs might need a change 8000rs
Fuel filter assembly change 12000rs
Wiper rubbers genuine 2500rs
Wiper washers genuine 2000rs
Brake oil change 2000rs

You might not need any of these things in 1.6 Altis.
Think over your decision. Plus 2016 1.6 got immobilizer too.

I gave offer of 6.75 in 2012 to my neighbor. The car was genuine 26000kms driven. It was 1993 toyota corolla indus model. he sold it at 7.5.

After buying the car do some work for security, tracker, old school steering lock etc. Corollas are ez to steal

My Corolla 2015 is just 19,000 Km driven. Reason being we have four cars at home.
So it is realistic. Not everyone is reversing the meter. But the buyer should perform all the necessary checks.
