you can go faster but need to stop quicker as well.

which tyres you are using. upgrade to something with AA traction rating and preferably a lower profile.

I m using for 1 year now. Installed jdm alto brakes.box alto brakes. The best available as abs not possible due to mechanics limitations. No issues with tyres at all.

reaching 170kmph on m13a with auto tranny which is 4 speed is somewhat unbelievable...probably because alto and swift have not much difference in curb weight. maybe a maximum 100-150 kgs.

What tyres are you using? anything below an 'R' speed rating is extremely dangerous. if you intend to go upto those speeds, you should have proper tyres with good alloys...not cheap chinese ones. overall, such speeds are risky business...

but one thing for which i am sure is....the acceleration would be great...m13a is overall a very rugged engine.

Weight difference is more than you calculated 850 vs 1050 plus the weight would have further reduced after swap the 4 speed auto final drive gear is of same ratio as of 5 speed manual and m13a have most of its torque on high revv so its pretty much possible

Its not only the engine. The auto tranny is heavier than the manual tranny on Alto. I would agree about the gear ratios but still reaching 170kmph is a far fetched idea.

I personally feeling that Pakwheelers make things hard under their fingures thiugh in real world things are much easier and life too.

Yeah, and especially those who have greater knowledge about the cars will confuse you more here, instead of enjoying the reality. The real car, running on the road now, without giving problems is a proof that anything is possible, just its all about having faith in what you belive.
