From my point of view Cultus is better if u want more rear sitting space.
But Coure and Santro is better in means of Engine and luxury. Because i feel more comfortable in Santro as compared to Cultus and Coure.
But Santro and Coure has less rear sitting space in comparison to Cultus.
If i have to choose then i will go for Santro.
As Santro has EFI engine in all variants and better drive and luxury as compared to others and also Santro has more Luggage capacity even with having Cng cilender.
Just one draw back and that is only its rear sitting space for legs.
So, i recommend Santro.
Otherwise everyone has their own priorities.
