Revolution per minute. A unit for measuring the rotation of Crankshaft .
Never heard any problem.

Carby doesn't have that problem. Unless the idle circuit in carb OR butterfly is bad.
Some of the poorly maintained EFI's do have that problem of RPM fluctuation at idle i think that's due to some sensor located on TB that's also not a big deal.....
