Back in 2007 I was deputed for some official duty where I was unable to take my car along so the car remained parked for about 6 months and the thermostat valve get clogged. Which I didnt know untill I drove the car and the car got overheated resulting in burning the gasket. Due to timely stopping the motor the damage was less and only costed me the gaskit but after reaching 85k on odo the car has started decreasing oil and then the engine was overhauled. Gaskit , headwork, piston rings n bla bla and now it is like a new engine ma sha Allah.

I hope the point is home

I dont think soo is there any relation of car over heating with car overhauling else thn changing of gasket, also at that milage a normal engine dont start smoke or reducing engine oil, Im not sure but may b previous owner reversed the ODO.

You think wrong because you don't know what actually happened. overheating happened when car's odo was 30k approx (dont remem the exact reading) and at that time gasket changing did the job.
After change of gasket the car was used till 80k kms on odo without any problems and after 80k the car was found decreasing oil and on 85k when the engine was opened it was revealed that the overheating which occurred on 30k had inflicted some damage on rings/pistons etc which were changed and the car is doing fine now just like new. the current reading is 100k+

as you r expert in this field I need some guidance from you.

1) How to attend the visiting ppl as today about 6 parties visited the car for inspection. I have not done such dealings before so please give some golden tips regarding selling a car.

2) which documents I should obtain to get them signed from the buyer. Stamp paper etc and from where I can get those papers.

3) How to receive payment? Bank or cash

4) How to make it sure that buyer will transfer the car to his name?

4) any other tips which you want to share

I think the owner claiming is true about the over heating issue. The car is perfect though, same thing happened with my Alto that it got overheat and gasket was gone...! Eventually after having my gasket change the car started to reduce oil.... but in my case instead of overhauling the car I sold it out!

2.bro u can get stamp from n e stamp farosh he will write all the details on the stamp paper n get it sighed by both parties original paper remained with u while photo copy will be given to the buyer
3.ur own choice i prefer cash in buying n selling simple
4.if u want the buyer to transfer the car on his name then u can but its of no use once u make the stamp then date is mentioned there that after this dat buyer will b responsible of n e miss happ n bla bla so no worry but if u still dot want to gv car on open transfer letter u can but u hav to tell this to the buyer in the start of the deal coz some people raise obj latter
5.other tip is simple in buying selling zaida sochna ni chaiye ALLAH pe yakeen rakho n tawaqal pe ly lo n dy do simple
