Do u have any document proof that you received car before price raise ????? Its your fault too bro that u payed them freight + "ON" money without receipt !!!! You can't do such mistakes in a country like Pakistan !

The dealer did not issue any receipt for the freight (8,000 rs at that time), plus I booked in July and the car was delivered in Jan and meanwhile 30,000 rupees price increase came in November, I was not charged the new rate, but the old rate on which the bank booked the car.

The only paper in the file I got was the checklist signed by me and dealership that the car was delivered to me on such and such date and without any damage. All the papers invoice and stuff I never saw because they sent it was to be sent to the bank directly.

bro remember banks do tease you but their employees including managers do not want to get involved with any bad stuff they are just trying to make a clean living. my suggestion is that go visit the customer services manager and discuss the matter very politely. he will be more than happy to help and if the bank isnt saying anything to you he will tell you the best cure of the dealer.

Buddy, Listen, No Matter what the showroom guys say and the bank says, you are a consumer and the consumer court will be on your side

Here's what u need to do (in my opinion)

IF the showroom claims that the prices have gone up, ask them for a proof, or a letter from PakSuzuki.

Secondly, just call or Write to Paksuzuki to verify that exactly WHEN has the price increased of this car,

Thirdly, Take a Price Quote of the Price of Suzuki ALto for those dates from Any Other Dealer .

Also Do Mention that you Paid OWN for your car, OWN is paid for a car only when it is with the dealer , and already delivered from the factory. Since your car is on lease, they must've given u a file with some papers at the time of delivery, so u have a proof that the car was with u before prices increased.

If, the dealers provide the quotes/letters regarding the prices at those dates, just Attach those documents with ur letter and forward it for ur rights.

i have my car leased from bank, i have submitted the cheques for payment in advance and reminders n bla bla, phir bhi letters atay rehte hein k aap ki payment nae ayi ....and then i go to the bank and shout, tou they say k computer ne letter generate kardia and mistake thi.. and their consumer dealing isnt that nice either

Thank you all guys. I went ahead and paid 9500 to the dealer but i paid it through the bank so we have a record of it.

Now dealership says that payment is there and they will inform the pak suzuki and we will get actual invoice in 2-3 days. Then i can get it registered.

I kinda gave up coz going to consumer court is litterlly not possible for me and it takes quite a while to get any dicision.

Also i talked to Pak suzuki and they say that they do no have record of this sale at all. So they couldn't help me at all either.

why not pay for a corolla or honda and get it directly in 5 or 6.

banks are mostly doing fraud at some level.

In 1993 my father buys a Daewoo Racer Taxi from Naveed motors jail road lahore via Habib Bank. @ Purchase time price was 219000 (kya waqt thay woh) .
Dealer told us that registration book will be delivered after 15 days to bank but you can have your registration number after one week on phone. We drive car to home. After a week we call him and ask about registration number he said that there is increase in price so we have to pay 28000 more for that car. We park car at our home and refuse to pay bank installment. We receive several threating calls from bank and dealer but we make stand on our feet.<o:p></o:p>
After 2 months we visit bank and ask about our documents (reg book, route permit etc.) They said that we have copy of your receiving that you receive the documents from dealer. We got the copy from bank and give 3000 rs to an agent for get the duplicate. Start bank installments......
Same in your case park the car at your home. Dealer can’t get money till invoice and original paper sent to bank. Car is in your possession. Better to go in court also if you want to teach them a lesson. Otherwise wait and see the result. I am sure they will not come to you and register the vehicle silently. Dealers in our country are MAFIA. And OWN MONEY especially if the car is not invoiced and open. It’s clean and clear that “Taking the own money by dealer is black marketing and people including sales man and bank representative who involve in this are earning __________ ” (you may fill in the blanks)

@dale8 u wont get any proof as the payment has not been forwarded. as i said you are right and so is the dealer. when u will get the invoice after 7 days you will see the new price printed on it.. so that is an authentic document you will get and u cannot challenege it in court.

Thankx man. I paid the amount but i don't think it is fair. I wish we had some system here so i could go after suzuki company.

It seems like everyone in Pakistan is pretty much dishonest. I have yet to find someone who is honest and fair in their deals. Innocent people of our nation suffers every day from these scammers, big corporations and most of all the screwed up GOP (government of pakistan).

Naseer autos (karachi) belongs to a friend, So i know what are dealerships capable of.

When the owner him self backed off, baati khatam.
