It just clicked to me i think i know this guy! i bought a lot stuff fot my 825 6 months ago. Back then he had a lot of Mutts and very neats ones. He's just off the road, close to chungi no 26.

This would be a new registration & normal charges as per engine & type of vehicle will be applicable, I think he has a guy who can assist in registration, but I would recommend to do it yourself. There wouldnt be any custom/duty charges!
